She started RISE Contracting Services so she could bring her skills from her 23 years in the multifamily industry to help others with their contracting needs. She has spent all of her adult life with her hands in maintenance in some form.  Using her in-depth understanding of the industry she has held several key positions in the multifamily industry where she developed new acquisition and operational strategies. She brings her experience, passion, and skill to the company.  Her experience includes conventional, student, senior, transitional, military housing and several multi million-dollar renovations. In 2018 she created a small  in-house property management company contracting company . She is a certified housing quality standards inspector from Nan Mckay and carries the CAM and CAPS designations. She has a creative mind and is able to come up with affordable options to transform any space.
